Do learn: “Where wisdom lies, Where power is, Where genius hides” “Imastaser Anania Shirakatsi” University in Gyumri was founded in 1991. It is licensed (N: 005, 24.08.2000) and accredited (N: 007, 03.09.2001; N: 077, 078, 07.08.2003) by the Government. Its aim is to support the reconstruction of the Earthquake Zone and raising the professional knowledge level of the inhabitants.
